6.2. The Buyer shall be obliged to separately store the Products that are subject to retention of title and insure them, whilst the retention of title or another right according to section 2.4 applies, against all usual risks including, in particular, theft and destruction and to visibly mark and register them as the property of THALES. The fact that Products that are subject to retention of title are taken back does not in itself constitute withdrawal from the contract. Taking back the Products that are subject to retention of title or asserting retention of title does not require THALES to withdraw from the contract; these acts or the seizing of delivered Products by THALES only constitute a withdrawal from the contract if it is explicitly declared as such by THALES.

THALES may subsequently carry out the acceptance testing, in accordance with Article 7.1 and the products shall be deemed accepted.
7.3. In the event the Customer fails to sign the report and to notify THALES as per above, the products shall be deemed accepted.
7.4. Non-conformities evidenced during the acceptance testing shall be made good by THALES within a reasonable time. Non-conformities not affecting the functional characteristics of the products shall not constitute a ground for rejection thereof. Non-conformities affecting the functional characteristics shall be made good by THALES before delivery.
THALES shall be liable to Customer for defects as follows:
8.1. The Customer shall notify THALES of the defects in writing immediately after the defects have been discovered, and the notice shall thoroughly describe the conditions under which the defect has arisen in order to facilitate the diagnosis of the defect. THALES shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever with respect to failure of, or attack on the electronic security mechanisms and/or architecture of the Products.
8.7. THALES does not and shall not warrant or guarantee that the Products will be resistant to all possible attacks and shall not incur, and disclaims any liability in this respect.
