We process semiconductors from all leading chip manufacturers into our own contactless chip card modules. We use semiconductors with chip areas of up to 25mm².

An epoxy fiberglass material with gold-plated metallization is used as the carrier material.

We also process customer-specific semiconductors with special bonds – talk to us -we will find a common solution.
